Now, I know that sounds quite stupid to complain about people not following rules, but when you have a campus of 40,000 people, and everybody has somewhere to go, and they all have to get there quickly, the efficiency of traffic becomes highly important. This problem has two major causes. The first, and more minor, is that people seem to not recognize that a bike is legally considered a vehicle, with all the rights and responsibilities of a vehicle.
